The company experienced substantial growth in 2008 largely as a result of its decision to mechanize its farm operations by investing in state of the art cage framework, accommodating and feeding system to optimize the number of chickens and mitigate possible hazards and diseases.

The company in the same year adapted artificial insemination to improve the fertility of the eggs for its breeder layers;currently it is the only farm in the country that practice sartificial insemination technology and keeps its breeders and layers in cages.

The company employs about 135 employees who are basically graduates, veterinarians, agricultural experts and administrative staff and currently has an annual turnover of nine million Ghana cedis.

About 99% of the entire employees comes from the locality it operates.
